Superman was in the gym, under his secret identity of Clark Kent, training lifting weights and hitting punching bags when Diana Prince, aka Wonder Woman and Linda Danvers aka Supergirl, walked up to him wearing their semi normal outfits though showing a lot more cleavage.
Diana: hey Clark, how are you? Clearly keeping those strong muscles of yours in tip top shape
Clark: hey Nat yeah just doing my usual routine, say you hear about that attack on the Arkham Asylum?
Linda: yeah, we heard so many prisoners escaped but warden is unsure who was responsible.
Diana: even we're not sure as there so many villains locked up there anyone could of been responsible
Clark: yeah, we'll need to do some digging to figure out who was responsible for it and get to work rounding up everyone that escaped
Clark says as he finishes up his workout routine and grabs a towel to dry himself off
Just then Diana uses a new weapon created by Hydra to knock out Clark. Sometime later Clark wakes up tied to a chair, with green kryptonite, wearing what he first thought was his normal uniform before he noticed the huge Hydra emblem.
At that moment Diana approached Clark, now dressed in a uniform similar to Clark's
Clark: ¿Diana? What's going on here and what the hell are you wearing? And why am I restrained?
Diana: well first off there's no point in trying to get free as those are Kryptonite ropes They won't kill you, but they won't let you use your powers either.
LInda: and secondly these are our new uniforms and there's a matching one prepared just for you as well, but don't worry about you will soon forget your past.
Diana then grabs a glowing green syringe from a case and injects it into Clark's neck
Clark: agh what the hell Diana, what did you inject me with?!
Diana: oh just a special serum it took us a while to ensure it affected your alien DNA without affecting your powers
Clark: what are you doing to me!
Diana: oh just giving you a new life.
Clark's body starts to change as his short Black hair starts to grow out longer as his hands slim down and nails grow out longer, then his chest starts to pulse as breasts start to grow filling out the hydra's uniform he's wearing.
Clark: you're turning me into a woman! Why Diana!?
Diana: hehe not just any woman...a Hydra's soldier.
Clark: no....
Clark's chest finished filling out in very large pair of breasts making the Hydra's Jack on his chest very tight, next Clark can feel his hips widening and his waist shrinking which then swiftly led to his ass growing bigger as his thighs grew thicker to match.

As a plus, his powers, are transferred to a clone, which was in a nearby room, allowing Diana to remove the kryptonite strings and Linda to enter the room.

Linda pulls a big mirror out to show Clark her new appearance
Clark: oh my god.... I'm..... a woman now, Why I can't use my powers?
Linda: not just a girl but a Hydra's soldier and your powers have been transferred to a clone.
Clark: Why Diana?! Change me back!!
Diana: no can do Claudia. The two of us are clones of Wonder Woman and Supergirl who we have already turned into Hydra soldiers, along with the rest of the Justice League. Now there's one more thing we need to do
Linda grabs a special headset but before she puts it on Claudia's face.
Diana: after all hail hydra
Claudia's face turns to shock as finally puts all together but before she can say or do anything Linda straps the headset onto her head as the hydra brainwashing begins as Diana and Linda leave to let the programming take effect.
Two hours later they return to Claudia in the headset, accompanied, by Superman's clone. The new Hydra's soldier was clearly no longer struggling as they remove the headset as Claudia looks at them and opens her eyes as they are now glowing green.
Claudia: hail hydra sisters
Diana: welcome Claudia hail hydra
Linda removes Claudia's restraints as she hands her a green latex catsuit with the hydra symbol on the back as she strips out of the Hydra's uniform and slips into the green latex catsuit with matching green heeled boots leaving the suit half zipped up to show off her new cleavage
