Batgirl finds herself trapped in a series of deadly scenarios orchestrated by the sinister Red Masque, facing sexual assault, torture, and domination while being coerced into further acts of submission through various forms of chemical agents and invasive procedures. Despite her initial strength and power, Batgirl is slowly stripped of all control, vulnerable to every twist and turn of Red Masque's twisted plot until the final dramatic showdown where she must fight back with everything she has in a desperate bid for survival.
