"Oh, god, yes yes YESSSS!!" the stunning blonde cries out. She's standing in an extremely hot shower. One hand is squeezing and kneading one of her perfectly shaped 36D breasts and fingers of her other hand are playing with her inch long and rock hard clitoris. Her left hand squeezes the right breast at its base, then moves out toward the nipple, as if trying to express milk from it. When her fingers reach the nipple, her thumb and first two fingers apply enough pressure on the thick, blood-engorged nub to melt case-hardened steel. The thumb and index finger of her right hand, at the same time, apply equally powerful pressure on her swollen clit. "MMMMnnnnhhhh, YESSSSSS!!" she moans, hunching her shoulders and letting her head fall forward, as a powerful orgasm wracks her super body. When the aftershocks finally pass, Supergirl, the Maid of Might, finishes cleaning her lovely body, especially the fluids now running down the inside of her legs. She can barely stand in the shower and feels almost as if she's been exposed to deadly green Kryptonite. In this case, though, the weakness is definitely a very good thing!

As the hot water stops flowing, the statuesque blonde steps out of her shower and grabs a large terry cloth towel. She takes several minutes to slowly pat down her body to remove the moisture from her creamy skin. She's about to use the towel to clean the steam off her bathroom mirror when script suddenly appears on the mirror, as if drawn by someone's finger:

Supergirl
I need you
Britannia

Supergirl gasps in shock at the sudden appearance of the message, then a second time after she reads the message. "Britannia! Why would she need me?" the Girl of Steel asks herself. For a second, the Maid of Might wonders if this is a business or personal request. On past visits to the English witch, Supergirl recalls, the Englishwoman seemed to be sexually interested in the young super heroine. "I'm sure she just wants to talk about super hero stuff, battling crime, whatever!" Supergirl decides. "At least, I hope that's what she means!"

The Girl of Steel quickly completes her morning routine in the bathroom and moves into the bedroom of her small apartment in Leesburg, VA, outside Washington, D.C. In moments she contacts her office at the local newpaper and makes excuses that she will be unable to come to work today -" . . . still a bit of the cold that caused to miss all of last week's work," she lies to her boss. "This time I'll call you every day with an update, boss," she finishes, hanging up the phone. "At least I HOPE I can call him every day," she says to herself.

Seconds later, a blue, red and yellow clad figure soars upward through a hidden trap door in the roof of her apartment building, soars faster than a human eye could track. A sharp thrust of her powerful but shapely thighs and the Maid of Might increases her speed as she climbs higher and higher in the sky. In a heartbeat she's miles above the Virginia countryside and racing eastward toward the British Isles.

Less than an hour later, the Girl of Steel lightly lands atop one of the lintel stones or arch pieces in the pre-historic shrine at Stonehenge, England. As soon as her boots rest on the lintel stone, Supergirl shouts "Britannia, I . . ." and before she can finish saying the phrase the English sorceress told her to say, the Girl of Steel disappears.

Supergirl rematerializes almost immediately in what seems to be a cozy living room in a small old cottage. Most of the walls are covered by shelves containing books, parchments, and innumerable strange implements of a major magickian. More stuff is piled in heaps around the room on the floor. There are two large stuffed chairs and a small end table flanking each chair. There's an old throw rug covering most of the floor - the designs on the rug seem to be old runes, but Supergirl isn't sure. By far the most remarkable object in the room is the white-haired lady sitting Indian style, with crossed legs, in one of the stuffed chairs.

Britannia appears to be in her early 40s and is also rumored to be a descendant of Merlin (some say she is his daughter). This thin woman is England's own super heroine, a magick user of the first water. She has on a white body suit with the red and white English flag proudly displayed sideways on her costume, running from just below her neckline to just above her hips. A white mask covers her face from her cheeks to her forehead. She's also wearing knee-high black buccaneer boots with the tops rolled down, and white elbow length leather gloves. On the table beside her is the fabled Isle Sceptre - a magick wand supposedly created by Merlin for his conjurings. On an old coat rack near the door hangs Britannia's long red cloak, a cape and hood combo that is rumored to help her fly.

All these appearances, Supergirl knows, are just for her sake. On a previous visit to this arcane living room, Supergirl was told that when not entertaining visitors, the English witch preferred to be nude and floating in a featureless black void, marshaling her strength and powers should they be needed to protect her England.

"Oh, Supergirl," Britannia says, rising slightly from her chair, smiling at the younger woman, "How wonderful! I'm so glad you saw my message and could come so quickly!"

"How did you ever get it to appear on the mirror in my bathroom?" the Maid of Might replies. "That was so clever! And as for coming quickly, well, I didn't know if there was something wrong over here or whatever. You've never contacted me before, I mean."

"Well, child," the English sorceress says as she reaches the blue-clad blonde. Britannia puts an arm around Supergirl's shoulder and ushers the girl toward one of the chairs. As the two women stand in front of one of the chairs, they turn to face each other and Britannia says, "I sensed that you were alone and used old magicks to script a message to you. Not very hard, once I was able to detect your location. Where you off the planet last week? I tried then to reach you but couldn't detect your presence on the ether."

Supergirl flushes briefly as she stands just inches from the Englishwoman, their eyes locked on each other's eyes, their hands clasped together, their breasts almost rubbing against the other's breasts. Supergirl hastily explains how she lost her sense of self, her identity, under brutal treatment from Luthor. The older woman raises her arms and wraps them around Supergirl's back, pulling the blonde closer until their bodies crush together. As their breasts touch and then rub each other's, an electric shock seems to flow through Supergirl's body. She shudders briefly and draws a deep breath to compose herself. The white-haired witch hugs the young blonde more tightly and says, "Oh, child, I had no idea what you've gone through! Are you certain you're up for some action after your terrible ordeal?" Enveloped in the arms of the sorceress, Supergirl relaxes and lets the older woman's warm embrace dominate her. Despite a fear and loathing of anything magic-related, the Girl of Steel feels safe, secure and loved by Britannia.

"Nnh, yeah, sure, I guess I'm ready," Supergirl says, finally returning Britannia's hug. Supergirl starts to pull away from the English witch and the other woman quickly releases her hold on the Girl of Steel. As the Maid of Might settles into the chair behind her, the witch moves to the other chair and settles into it. Supergirl marvels at the firmness of the older woman's body - her musculature would shame most younger women, Supergirl muses, smiling at the taut butt barely constrained by the woman's white bodysuit.

"Well," Britannia says, settling into her chair and again crossing her legs Indian style, "I wouldn't have bothered you, Supergirl, but I've run into some evil I just can't defeat on my own. I recalled your kind offer of help should I ever need it and thought I should put the facts before you, so to speak, and let you decide whether to join me on my quest."

"Uh, wha? Yeah, sure!" Supergirl says, trying hard to focus on what the woman says and not on her lovely little body. "Why am I getting such strong feelings of attraction toward her?" the Maid of Might asks herself in her mind. "Is she using magic on me?"

"Well, then!" Britannia continues. "Here are the pertinent facts of this current problem. Western Europe has been plagued for the last few years with a rising crime rate - all types of crimes, from normal human crimes like theft and murder to super crimes involving powers beyond those of normal people. I've sensed these powers at work from time to time but have, as yet, been unable to pinpoint their source.

"I've discovered just recently that I could not pinpoint this source of evil because there are, in fact, three sources. Three people, I mean to say," Britannia says, wrinkling her eyebrows. "Well, three beings, at least. I'm not certain that all are human."

"Well, who are they?" Supergirl asks. Goosebumps form on her forearms at the prospect of facing non-human villains, possibly other magic users, who worry such a powerful witch . The Girl of Steel's powerless against magic and has usually suffered whenever confronting people who use magic.

"From all my sources, both within the British government and throughout western Europe, I've managed to identify three beings, called The Triad, who seem to influence most of the criminal activity in this part of the world. Here in England there's a chap up in Birmingham who goes by the name of Kenny Doomsday Davies. He's a huge Welshman who's risen to the top of crime here in England by brute force - and, well, I must also call it brutal force. He is reported to have the strength of twenty men, uncanny speed, and the ability to persuade people to follow him blindly. Nonetheless, I think he's human, but I also sense there's more to the man than meets the eye. He began as a thug on the Liverpool docks and now seems to be behind most of the organized crime in the British Isles.

"In France, in a chateau outside Bayeux, there resides a woman named Marie Laval. She calls herself a countess but my people found nothing to sustain that title. She is very wealthy and is reported to be a stunning beauty. She is also reputed to be a powerful and malevolent witch who kills with no remorse. No authorities have been able to get close to the woman - she can see through all disguises, apparently. Agents who have tried to infiltrate her chateau, or even just her operations, are never heard from again. She seems to control a vast network of criminals in Portugal, Spain, France, Italy, and parts of the north African coast.

Finally, outside Munich in southern Germany there is a man named Karl Witte who calls himself Der Panzer - German for tank. He apparently has some kind of body armor which makes him virtually invulnerable. He is also reputed to possess great strength and some very sophisticated weaponry. His influence ranges across northern Europe, from the Low Countries to Finland."

"Whew!" Supergirl says, eyes widening as Britannia describes the members of the Triad. "That's quite a group you've got there, Britannia! What can I do to help you?"

"Well, I'm sure you have no desire to confront Mademoiselle - or rather, Countess Laval. You see, I do recall your susceptibility to magicks, Supergirl," the witch says, smiling at her young guest. "By the same token, that Panzer fellow apparently relies upon modern tools and devices to give him his power and control over others and, as you know quite well, my powers are limited to working with natural forces and energies. I might very well be powerless against his modern technology."

"Yes, I recall," the Maid of Might replies, smiling. "And you're right about the Countess," Supergirl says, shuddering, "the last person I'd like to have to fight is someone who uses magic. You remember the problems I've had with Swift Bear and with that cult in the Caribbean!"

"Yes I do, my young friend," Britannia replies, smiling at Supergirl. "Well, here's my plan! I propose that we both attack each criminal in turn, starting with the most powerful, Countess Laval, then Der Panzer, saving Doomsday Davies for last. I think that, by working together, we can complement each other's strengths and defend each other against attacks against our weaknesses."

"Um, well, yeah, I guess so," Supergirl replies, her mind conflicted with the prospect of going against a magic user, even if at the side of the English Enchantress. "Why hasn't Interpol or whatever it's called now arrested these people?"

"That's just my point, Supergirl!" Britannia gushes. "Local, national and international authorities HAVE tried to arrest these three but in each attempt, either the authorities were unable to find the criminal or just . . . disappeared. Last month several officers of the French Sureté or national police visited the Countess and left her there. Members of the raiding party recall going to her chateau, but remember nothing after that. And just last week, and the reason why I've called for your help, a team of England's Special Air Service commandos tried to capture Doomsday Davies in Birmingham. They entered a warehouse reputed to be one of his and just vanished! The nine members of the SAS team were found dead in an alley in London a day later, their arms, chests and skulls broken as if crushed by a steel vise!"

"Oohhh!" Supergirl says, astonished by the witch's words. "I've heard that those SAS guys are really good at their jobs! You're right, anything that can take out nine of them must be pretty powerful.

"I've got to tell you that I'm not looking forward to facing that Countess person, Britannia, but I will go with you and do whatever I can to help you with her and the others," Supergirl replies.

"Bless you, Supergirl, for your help!" the older woman replies, rising from her chair. "Well, let's be off then, shall we?" Britannia moves to Supergirl's chair and holds a hand out to the young blonde. Supergirl takes the witch's hand and rises from her seat. As soon as the Girl of Steel reaches her feet, the witch smiles and whispers a few words. Supergirl's vision clouds for an instant and she finds herself again standing on the lintel stone at Stonehenge, one hand clasped by Britannia. The witch has magically added her red cloak to her costume and grasps her fabled Isle Sceptre in her free hand. She smiles at Supergirl and as one, the two heroines leap into the air (Supergirl flying slowly in pace with Britannia) and turn southeast toward the Normandy area of France. Supergirl releases Britannia's hand and each woman adopts a flight pose - one arm extended, the other hugging her body, one leg straight out behind, the other slightly bent at the knee. Their capes flutter in the wind, as do Supergirl's blond tresses.

Less than half an hour later, the two heroines slowly descend toward a large house nestled in the Normandy hedgerow country. The three-story mansion is an old building, based on its outward appearance of bare gray stone blocks and small white-rimmed windows. The grounds around the house are neatly trimmed and include a large garden area, a maze in the back yard, and a long, wide gravel driveway leading to an imposing gate at the edge of the property. The foliage makes the house and its surrounding grounds invisible from the road, but not from the air as these heroines quickly realize.

"Jeez, I don't like the feeling I'm getting," Supergirl thinks to herself as butterflies seem to fill her stomach. She stifles her fears of magic users after looking briefly at Britannia. The confident smile on the English witch's face strengthens Supergirl's courage.

The two woman land on the driveway just outside the front door of the mansion, their boots making a crunching sound on the gravel as they land walk to the mansion's door. "Do we knock or just go in?" Supergirl asks her partner.

"We are not common tradespeople here to sell them our wares, Supergirl," Britannia says to her young companion. "Besides, I'm sure she already knows we are out here. I think therefore we should just enter the building and bring her back to face justice." After saying this, the English Enchantress waves her arm in a half-circle at the door. Sparks fly from around the door's edges but otherwise nothing seems to happen.

"Well, at least these wards were easy to dispell. Would you please kick the door down, Supergirl?" Britannia says, smiling grimly at the door. The Girl of Steel lashes at the door with one shiny red boot and smiles broadly as the old oaken door suddenly flies off its hinges to land with a loud thud on the exquisite tile floor in the house's entrance hall. Britannia slowly enters the hall, with Supergirl following closely . Inside the mansion, there is less light - in fact, the only light in the hall seems to be coming through the hole that used to be the front door. Several doors lead from the entrance hall, there is a path toward the back of the building, but the heart of the hallway seems to be a huge circular staircase which climbs from the entrance hall up to the third floor of the house.

Feral roars suddenly fill the entrance hall, startling both women. The women look around for source of the animal-like sounds and each woman gasps when she sees that the sound comes from four stone gargoyles, each perched atop a column in one corner of the hallway. The five-inch tall gargoyles leap off the platforms at the top of their respective columns and as they soar toward the heroines, the gargoyles begin to grow in height. By the time the stone beasts reach the heroines, each beast is nearly four feet tall, with inch-long talons on its hands and feet and similarly long teeth.

Britannia waves her arms and the air around the women suddenly shimmers as a protective ward rises between them and the animated statues. One beast hits the ward and explodes, sending stone fragments in every direction except across the threshhold of the protective ward. As the stone beasts hover just beyond the ward and snarl at the women, Supergirl stabs at one with a powerful blast of her heat vision. The rock beast glows from dull to vibrant red and suddenly explodes from heat overload. "Drop the ward!" Supergirl shouts at Britannia. The shimmering abruptly ceases and the Maid of Might immediately leaps at the gargoyle nearest to Britannia. A single punch from Supergirl shatters this monster. As the last one approaches the English Enchantress, she raises her arm and, after facing her palm toward the thing, a brief incantation causes the stone creature to poof and disappear. Her arcane magicks have sent the creature elsewhere - into another time/space dimension.

"Well, that wasn't too hard!" an overconfident Supergirl says to Britannia as the women survey the stones strewn across the hallway's floor.

"Those simple beasts were merely meant to slow us down, Supergirl," the witch replies. "And perhaps also to test our mettle!"

"My super vision shows a tall and attractive brunette just beyond those doors on the second floor," Supergirl tells Britannia, pointing toward a pair of double doors at the second floor landing. "C'mon, let's go get her!" Supergirl says, impulsively grabbing the witch's left hand and leaping into the air, dragging the white-clad woman with her. They swoop up to the second floor and stop outside a pair of doors just off the landing. Supergirl looks briefly at Britannia, then takes a half-step toward the doors. Her left boot hits the doors with a resounding boom and while nothing happens to the wooden door, the Maid of Might is catapaulted backward several feet, flying over the railing and down to the first floor where she lands ignominiously on her head. Of course the fall doesn't hurt the Girl of Steel but she does redden briefly at the failure of her super strength to open a simple wooden door. Once again the Maid of Might leaps up and rejoins Britannia outside the door.

"Hmph," Supergirl says, sheepishly, "guess I should have expected the witch to have more magic protecting her!"

"Yes, indeed, Supergirl," Britannia replies. "You moved so quickly I was unable to warn you that the wards on this floor are much more powerful than the ones on the floor below. Now, if you'll permit me . . ." The witch raises her arms and begins intoning a low chant in an unknown tongue. In a second, the doors seem to bow inward, then burst, scattering splinters into the room like a shotgun.

As the two heroines enter the salon, they spot a tall brown-haired woman standing beside a large stone fireplace. The stunning brunette wears a long, sleeveless green gown. "How rude!" she says in a refined French accent, as she looks at her guests, her eyes devouring them from boots to their faces. "I don't recall inviting you into my home," she says stiffly as the two heroines begin moving toward her.

"Indeed you do not, witch," the English Enchantress snarls, "nor would you invite representatives of the law into your domain."

"Ah, then you come here to arrest me, n'cest pas?"

"Yes we do, witch," Britannia says. "We mean to surrender you to the Sureté before this day is finished."

"And you have a warrant, I suppose?" the brunette asks coyly.

"In Paris, of course. Come, delay us no longer, witch," Britannia says brusquely. The English witch begins moving toward the French witch and Supergirl stands in the doorway to the salon, watching from a respectful distance the confrontation between the two magic users. In her heart, Supergirl hopes that Britannia can prevail in any contest between the two women.

As Britannia nears Mme. Laval, the latter raises one hand and a bolt of bright red ball of light flies from the palm of her hand toward the white-clad witch. Britannia doesn't even bother raising a hand - her own protective wards cause the ball to deflect at the last second and fly off to one side. A second and a third blast flashes at the Englishwoman and each bounces off the woman's magical wards. As the white witch nears the green-clad villainess, Mme. Laval grasps a pendant on a chain around her neck and says three words: exeunt Laval Panzer and as the air around her shimmers, Laval disappears and is replaced by a very tall man (?) dressed in a gray metal suit. The man stands over six and half feet tall and is completely covered in a dull gray metal skin that seems to be molded around the curves of his own body. A thin expanse of green glass crosses where his eyes should be, otherwise the suit has no apparent seams or splits. Also, there is a small indentation in his chest - there is a small figure inside the indentation.

"By the spirits!" Britannia exclaims as the man steps toward her. Obviously, Der Panzer has somehow replaced Mme. Laval. Before the English witch can take more than a step backward, Der Panzer grabs her by one wrist and yanks the woman toward his metal body.

At that same instant, the Maid of Might suddenly springs into action and leaps at the tall villain. One of her arms stretches before her as a battering ram and the Girl of Steel meets the man of metal when her small fist impacts directly on the man's chest. Panzer's hand releases Britannia, but in doing so, spasmodically flings her sideways across the room where her hip hits the side of a huge wooden desk. The witch flies across the desk, knocking objects of it onto the floor. At the far side of the desk, she slides off the edge and lands on her shoulder on the floor. She grunts heavily as her shoulder crashes against the hardwood floor and her eyes close briefly, grimacing with pain as her head hits the floor with a loud THUNK.

Supergirl gasps in surprise as she bounces off the man's chest. He continues to stand where the green witch stood not a moment ago. As the Maid of Might falls onto one hip off to one side of the tall metal-clad giant, he looks down at the blue and red-clad heroine. "Was ist?" he asks. "Wer ist du? Übermädchen? Ja, you are the Supergirl, yes?" As Supergirl rises to one knee, the man leans down and one of his enormous metal-clad hands grasps her cape near her shoulder. He immediately rises and pulls the heroine into the air. Panzer swiftly turns to his left and lets his arm extend. As he turns, Supergirl flies into the air and is whipped around in a circle, her legs flailing as the man swings her backwards like a whip. He releases her cape at the last second and the Maid of Might flies across the room, feet first, to slam her boots against the far wall of the salon. Her body crumples and she slides to the floor, landing on her side.

Again the Girl of Steel begins to rise to her feet, more ashamed that the man so easily bested her than hurt. As she reaches one knee, she sees the man rush across the floor toward her. In a heartbeat the man nears the Maid of Might and kicks at her with one massive foot/boot. The gray-clad foot hits the heroine under her chin and lifts her super body off the floor. Lifts her so far off the floor that her head crashes into and through the ceiling. Supergirl dangles from the ceiling, held there by ceiling's wooden crosspieces. Before she can react, she feels two large hangs on her calves as Der Panzer grabs the woman at the tops of her boots. He yanks hard and pulls her head out of the ceiling and follows this pull by slamming the woman down onto the floor, letting her back smash the floorboards.

"Gotta . . . nngh . . . get back into this!" Supergirl determines through gritted teeth. She's not being hurt by the man, she just hasn't been able to do something to him before he tosses her around again. She needs to regain the initiative! After the villain slams her back onto the floor for the third time, he turns to his left and releases her boots, letting the blue-clad heroine sail across the room and out the open doorway. Once again the Maid of Might flies over the railing and drops onto the floor of the entrance hallway, this time landing face down on the tile and the stone remnants of the gargoyles.

"That's enough!" Supergirl roars as she leaps into the air and flies at super speed back into the second floor salon. She arrives just as Der Panzer leans down to grab Britannia by her cape. Supergirl roars across the salon and slams into the side of the metal man and a titanic CLANNGGG sound like metal hitting metal fills the room. Together the two continue across the room and slam into the wall with the metal man pinned between the heroine and the wall. As she drops to her feet beside the man, he rams his elbow into her face.

"AAoowww!" the Maid of Might cries out, shocked at the pain caused by the hit. "Wh-what ARE you made of?!?" she screams as the man's other hand forms a huge metal fist that begins moving toward her face. Again her reaction is slow and his fist smashes her nose and sends Supergirl flying backward. The backs of her legs hit the top of the desk and she falls onto it, slides across the top and falls to the floor on the other side. "Rao!" she exclaims, looking up at her legs propped against the front of the desk like a V. "He's got quite a punch!" She rolls backward and onto her feet in time to see the man rise on the other side of the desk. Britannia is in the man's arms, struggling to get free but clearly unable to overpower the man.

"Britannia!" Supergirl shouts and leaps across the desk toward her partner. Again she slams into Der Panzer, hitting the man just below his neck, and as she and the man fly back toward a wall, he drops the English witch onto the floor on her back. When Supergirl and the man hit the wall, both immediately slam their feet on the floor and assume a battle stance, one leg back a bit, hands raised to fight. Panzer gets in the first hit and his punch causes Supergirl's head to snap backward. Undaunted, the Maid of Might recovers and immediately hits the villain with a full-force punch to the stomach. The man flies back against the wall and sags down onto one knee, clearly the worse for the wear. Supergirl takes a half-step toward the man and delivers a punishing downward chop with her fist against the man's forehead, snapping HIS head backward. His audible grunt brings a smile of victory to her face.

Supergirl presses her brief advantage and steps closer to the man, ready to drop her clenched fists on the top of her foe's head. Der Panzer, however, raises one hand tocover the small icon in his chest and says: "exeunt Panzer Doomsday!" and the kneeling gray-clad metal man is suddenly replaced by a large man with long greasy light brown hair, pock-marked skin and incredibly bad teeth, standing in the same spot. Supergirl pauses her punch long enough to try to process what she's seen, to try to understand how the man of metal could suddenly disappear. She stands before the giant with her hands raised over her head, her fists clenched together. Before she can react, though, a beefy paw rises up and connects with her jaw, launching backward through the air. Once again the Girl of Steel finds herself helplessly flying through the air. Once again she lands hard on her backside a few feet from the new villain. As she starts to rise to her feet, she gets a good look at the man. The newcomer is dressed in black leather chaps and vest and several chains varying in size and shape. A black leather skullcap, fingerless leather gloves, and black engineer boots complete the man's costume. "What is this, the Biker from Hell?" Supergirl asks herself.

Doomsday seems to be about seven feet tall and must weigh in excess of 300 lbs! His fists are as thick as Supergirl's thighs! In addition to his bizarre size, the man has a pair of pointed ears and a small goatee! Supergirl scrambles to her feet as this new threat leans over Britannia. The Englishwoman raises a hand toward the man and starts to chant an incantation but suddenly falls back onto the floor as the man waves a hand before her face and says his own strange words. As the witch writhes on the floor, one hand on her throat, the other facing Doomsday as if pushing him away, the tall Welshman laughs in a deep, booming voice.

"D'yer t'ink ye'll stop me wit yer wee charms then, witch?" he asks Britannia. "Me magick's oldern' yourn', woman, look you, and stronger, too!" As he looms over Britannia, Supergirl rises to her feet and flies at the man-mountain, hitting his right side and causing the man to stagger sideways from the force of the impact. "What's this, then?" he bellows as he ponderously turns his head to look at the flea striking his side. "Doan know who ye be, gel," he says as the Maid of Might settles to her feet beside him, "'n look you, I doan wanna know who ye be, neither, so away whichyah!" He waves his hands in a short circle before the Girl of Steel's face and begins to chant but stops abruptly when she smashes her small fist against the man's bare belly.

"Whoof!" he grunts and takes a half-step back away from the two women. "Quite a punch ye got there girlie," he says to the Maid of Might, "but look you, you're out of your league here!" As he straightens up, he again raises one hand and faces its palm toward the Maid of Might.

"You're not even CLOSE to MY league!" the young crimefighter yells at the man-mountain. Before he can utter more than a pair of words at her, she leaps into the air and flies at his face, her tiny fist winding up at her side. At the last moment, her fist flies forward and she hits his jaw with a tremendous blow that causes Doomsday's head to rock back on his thick but almost non-existent neck. Supergirl gives the man-mountain no chance to recover. As she lands in front of the foul-smelling thug, she rapidly pummels his bare hairy belly with a series of sharp jabs. Doomsday grunts and backs away from her assault, stopping when his back hits the wall.

"AAARRGGHHH!!" the Welshman roars. The small blonde's mighty blasts have pummelled him through the magickal wards around his body and are now causing him more and more pain. As she continues to hammer at the man and he grunts and moans in pain, he raises his huge hands over the top of her head, clenches his fists together, and slams them down on top of her head. The powerful blow stops the young woman's attack and drives her feet into the floor, sinking her into the wood down to her knees.

"MMnnnhh," she moans, struggling to clear her eyes of the pain from his blow. She doesn't get a chance; Doomsday lands another mighty blow on the top of her head, driving her deeper into the floor so that her butt is on the floor and her legs have punched through two holes in the floor to dangle from the ceiling of the room below this salon. Dizzy, she raises one hand to cover her eyes and raises the other hand over the top of her head to stop Doomsday. The effort is futile - the giant lashes at the woman and one of his huge boots hits her chest right on the red and yellow S. Supergirl gasps as the powerful blast knocks her backward but does not dislodge her legs from the floor. As she struggles back to an upright position, Doomsday kicks at her again and before she can raise her hands in defense, his boot hits her face and smashes her body backward once more.

"Aaaooowww!" she cries from the massive pain. Any man, even one as large as this monster, would break his hands and feet striking her super body. Yet he shows no signs of injury. Similarly, her blows would have punched through case-hardened steel with ease. Yet she only managed to rattle the man. He must be using magic to enhance his already formidable strength, she concludes.

His magically-enhanced blows are stunning her, making her almost unconscious from the pain. Her hands flail uselessly at her sides as she tries to do something, ANYthing to free her legs from the hardwood floor. She finally manages to plant her palms against the floor to push herself out of the holes when she feels one of Doomsday's hands grasp the back of her head - he cradles the back of her head in his palm as an adult could cradle a peach. She looks up at the man in time to see an ugly grin spread across his face.

"Now this ends, gel," he says in his deep voice. "Youn' yer friend best leave us be, look you!" As the man's huge fist begins moving toward Supergirl's face, a blue-white arc of light flashes into the man's chest. Gray slime splatters away from the point of impact, then more from around Doomsday's body. "AAAAARRRGGGGHHH!!" he cries out, releasing the blonde's head, staggering backward.

Supergirl looks to one side and sees Britannia, on her knees, the Isle Sceptre aimed at the Welshman. She's obviously sent some eldritch blast against the man-mountain, stripping away the magic that protects and powers him. Supergirl shakes her head and realizes she has to move now to end this battle. Using her flying power, the Maid of Might rises up, her legs ripping wood out of the floor as they are freed from it. She zooms at the Welshman and as one of his hands moves toward a small figure dangling from a chain on his chest, Supergirl manages to snatch the chain and yank it off the man.

"I think it's time you guys stopped exuenting from here," she says smugly, pulling away from Doomsday to land beside Britannia. The English Enchantress rises to her feet and aims her sceptre at the Welshman.

"If you value your life, fiend, tell us how you and the other two so suddenly change places," Britannia says to the man.

"You figger it out, witch," the Welshman says. As he stands before the two women, he seems to slowly sag, as if collapsing in on himself. In seconds, he curls into a huge ball that shrinks and shrinks and then vanishes in a POOF.

"Rao!" Supergirl exclaims as the huge villain suddenly disappears. "Now what?"

"I must think on this, my friend," Britannia says, moving to the point where the man disappeared. She takes the icon from Supergirl and looks at it, turning it around in her white-gloved hand. "This is made of stone, but a stone unlike any I've ever seen before," Britannia finally says to her companion. "The magicks emanating from it are quite powerful. This is not something from this domain."

"Huh?" Supergirl says, moving closer to the witch.

"This thing is from another dimensional plain, Supergirl," the witch explains. "It may even be directly linked to that plain now. And I suspect that the other two villains have exact counterparts of this thing. What I don't know is where they go when they say their phrase. Perhaps it just exchanges them - one for the other. Yes, that must be what happens!

"Let's consider this," the witch says enthusiastically. "We saw the witch exchange places with Der Panzer and later he was replaced in turn by Doomsday. So let's assume that the witch is now in Munich and the German is in Birmingham, each having replaced another member of the Triad. Now, if I use this to summon the German here, I might wind up back in Birmingham in his place. If that happens, you must do your best to defeat the German and I'll rush back here. If the witch appears, though, you must leave this mansion as fast as you can. Your powers are useless against her, Supergirl."

"What if the Panzer guy appears and is immediately replaced by the witch?" Supergirl asks. "Are you sure this is a good idea?"

"We have no recourse, child, unless we fly to where they are. Easier, I should think, to bring them to us."

"Well, wouldn't it be safer if I used the thing and swapped places with the witch?" Supergirl asks. "Then you and the witch would be here."

"Yes, but if the witch summoned the German, I might not get away as fast as you might, Supergirl. Also, we don't really know that there is a direct swap. What if you are sent to some other, magical dimensional plain? How would you return?"

"Okay, you win, Britannia. But I sure hope I only have to deal with the guy, and not the witch."

"Trust me, child. This cannot fail!" the English Enchantress says. She raises the icon before her face and intones: "exeunt Britannia Panzer" but nothing happens. "Well, let's see if this works." Again she peers at the icon and this time says: "exeunt Doomsday Panzer" and her body begins to shimmer. In a heartbeat, where once stood the English witch now stands the German villain.

Supergirl hesitates not a second - she leaps at the man and smashes her small fist against his face - or where it should be if not covered by the strange metal. Her mighty blow sends the man flying backwards, through a window and out into the garden behind the house. Supergirl flies after the man and as his body hits the ground, she lands and rams her boots in the small of his back, causing the man's arms to flash out to his sides.

Supergirl knows that she can't give the man a chance to use his icon, so she reaches down and grabs one of his wrists in each of her hands. Sweating, straining, she pulls the mans arms back, pinning him to the ground. "Now what?" she asks herself. She's standing on his back, holding his arms. "Let's see what's inside you," she says, focusing her heat vision on the man. After a second of intense concentration, she stops. Her heat vision didn't even warm his metal costume, much less penetrate it.

The stalemate suddenly ends when Der Panzer's hands shoot energy blasts back at the Maid of Might. The energy blasts, a combination of electricity and magic, strike the Girl of Steel's face and cause her to release the man's hands as she's thrown backwards. Strange purple flashes appear in front of her eyes and blur her vision. When the sparks strike the skin on her face, small red welts appear. She shrieks in pain as she struggles to remain upright, swatting at the sparks like annoying lightning bugs.

"Uunh," she grunts as she trips and falls on her butt a few feet from the German. The floating purple sparks fade away above her head. As the Maid of Might scrambles back to her feet, the man rolls onto one side and looks at her. He raises a palm toward the blond heroine and a net shoots out of it, wrapping around the woman's upper body and pinning her arms to her sides. "NNnngh . . . tight . . . how?" she mutters as she staggers backward, struggling to break the net with her super muscles.

As the blue-clad blonde grunts and strains to burst the (obviously) magical bonds around her body, Der Panzer slowly rises to his feet and begins moving toward the heroine. Again she tries a blast of heat vision to stop the man but the concentrated rays seem to just flow around his body - nothing happens! "Must have a . . . shield like that Doomsday guy!" she decides as she twists and turns, trying to burst her bonds.

"You can stop struggling little girl," the German says as he reaches the Maid of Might. "Marie conjured this web from . . . what is it called, now? Ach, yes - ectoplasm, nein? From the same source that makes the little men who move us around. You cannot break the web with muscles alone, mädchen, you must have magic to help you, eh?" Der Panzer moves closer to the blonde and as he puts one hand behind her head, he covers her left breast with his other hand.

"Ach, I wish I could feel you through my armor," he says as his hands crush her blue-clad breast. Supergirl moans and struggles more vigorously to escape from the man of metal but he moves even closer to her and wraps his arms around her in a bear hug. As she looks up at the face of the man of metal, he slowly begins to squeeze her. Slowly, inexorably, his arms tighten around the Girl of Steel and squeeze the air from her lungs.

"Nnnnaaaiiiieeee!" she cries, "c-can't . . . breathe! Too - too tight. Imposs-impossible!" Her head falls back as the man's crushing grip grinds her super body into his chest, squeezing her tighter and tighter. "AAAIIIEEEE!!" she screams, "S-STTOOPPP IT!! You're CRUSHING MEEEE!" The pain in her back and arms is unbearable - how can this be? Is his magic this powerful?

"You must learn to leave us alone," the Teutonic terror says while she screams and cries in his arms. "We have our business and we leave you alone, Supergirl. So too must you tend to your own business and leave us alone. Also should your friend, whoever she is.

"I will not kill you this time, Supergirl," the man says as Supergirl totters on the brink of unconsciousness, her helpless body being cruelly crushed by the man's magic-enhanced super armor. "But I want you to remember that Der Panzer can defeat you every time you try to fight him."

Barely conscious, the Maid of Might no longer struggles to free herself. Her arms are pinned tightly against her side and her boots hover a few inches off the ground as she hangs limply in his powerful grip, her head laying back over her shoulders. Only her Kryptonian physique could resist his attack this long - any other being would have been crushed long ago. As she starts to see blurry gray patches before her eyes, the man's head suddenly snaps backward when a red ball of light strikes his visor. Gray blobs of matter shoot away from his head and the green glass shatters; the man releases Supergirl, stepping backward and clawing at his eyes with his metal-clad hands. "Mein Gott!!" he roars, dropping to one knee.

Supergirl falls to the ground, her body still tightly wrapped by the otherworldly web. Through pain-shrouded eyes, she spots Britannia hovering over the mansion, her palms pointed at the German. The witch drops down and lands beside Supergirl. "Let me help," Britannia says to the Maid of Might, and briefly dips one hand toward the Girl of Steel. "Sorry it took so long to get back, but there was a headwind," she tells the blonde, laughing. After muttering a few strange words, the webbing around the Girl of Steel suddenly softens and liquifies, then sluices off her super body. She settles onto her back as the witch moves toward the stricken villain.

"Now, I think it's time to shed your skin, Karl," the witch says. Her palms glows brightly and again a sharp light strikes out at the man and again hits the magic wards around his body. Once again, gray ectoplasm flies off the German's metal costume and fire erupts at various points on his suit - his gloves, the soles of his boots, the small icon in his chest all spurt erie white sparks, like electrical shorts.

Stripped of the magicks which powered his costume, Witte finds his considerable human strength unable to manage the strange suit. As it goes rigid around him, Der Panzer topples to one side and his arms and legs lock in place. "Help - HELP MEEEE!" he shouts as his body goes as rigid as a statue. "C-can't breathe!" he gasps, unable to exert enough force to allow his chest to expand and contract.

The Girl of Steel slowly manages to rise to a seated position, one arm holding her up, the other massaging her chest. "You must help him out of that outlandish costume, Supergirl," Britannia says to the Maid of Might. "My powers cannot open it for him."

"N-need a second . . ." she gasps, looking at the struggling villain. After a few seconds, Supergirl rises and walks on unsteady legs to the German. She drops to one knee and explores his costume, looking for a way to open his suit. Finding none, she digs her finger nails into the small indentation on his chest, removing the small icon in the process.

"MMNNnngggh," she grunts as her fingers dig into the costume. "This is the hardest metal I've ever encountered!" she says to Britannia. Finally, her fingers punch through the armor and a crack appears on the man's chest. Sweating, straining, the Maid of Might manages to widen the crack and in a few minutes has a hole wide enough to pull the man out of his super suit.

Britannia retrieves the icon and holds together the two icons they're collected. Uttering a brief spell, a black cloud forms around the witch's hands. Britannia puts the two icons into the inky blackness and, while touching one with one hand, she intones: exeunt Panzer Laval and quickly draws her hand away from the icon. The black hole closes behind her finger and there is a brief and bright flash before the hole finally seals itself.

"What happened?" Supergirl asks Britannia as she drags Karl Witte across the grass. Witte has on a one-piece bodysuit of red lycra spandex. Supergirl holds the man by the a clump of fabric below the back of his head. He hangs limply in her arms, now unable to resist her star-fueled power.

"Well, I think I just settled Mme. Laval's hash, as it were!" Britannia says triumphantly. "If I was successful, I just swapped the two icons we had for her. And since those icons were on a distant astral plain, I think that's where she materialized."

"Can't she just swap back?" Supergirl asks.

"She might have done," Britannia replies, "but my last command was for the two little statues to explode. So if she has no other icons linked to hers, she can't return to this reality!"

"Ohhh," the Maid of Might says, awestruck at the prospect of being trapped forever in some other time and space dimension. From what she saw, it was black and dark and empty. Inside, Supergirl shuddered briefly at Mme. Laval's fate.

"Well, what do we do with this guy?" Supergirl finally asks Britannia.

"Doubtless several police agencies will have questions for him, Supergirl," Britannia says. "If you would, please carry him for us and let's deposit him with the Sureté. We can also let them know that Doomsday and the Countess are no longer around."

"Thank you again for your help, Supergirl," the witch says, turning toward the Girl of Steel. Supergirl releases her captive and turns toward the sorceress as she moves a little closer.

"I sense that you are troubled about something, my friend," the witch says, taking one of Supergirl's hands. The two women turn to face each other and slowly the Maid of Might nods yes. "Tell me what bothers you, child," Britannia says, putting her free hand on Supergirl's shoulder. Slowly that hand slides down the blue fabric of Supergirl's tunic and wraps around her bicep. Goosebumps rise on the Maid of Might's arms when Britannia squeezes the bicep. Britannia smiles at her young guest.

"I - I'm a little confused," Supergirl stammers. "You often call me child - I know it's because you're a lot older than me, Britannia, but I'd rather that you don't call me that . . ."

"And it shall not be done any more, Supergirl," Britannia interrupts. "What else?"

"I, uh, I'm uncomfortable around you, Britannia," Supergirl admits. "I like you, but I guess all your magic scares me a little. Also, you touch me a lot and every time you do, I feel funny." She smiles at the witch, hoping she doesn't offend the sorceress.

"Dear Supergirl," Britannia says, moving closer to the Maid of Might, "I don't wish to upset you. I've lived here for a VERY long time. In that time, I've worked with some people to help stem the tide of evil sweeping this world, but I've enjoyed working with none as much as I've enjoyed working with you! Your youthful exuberance and enthusiasm are extremely refreshing. In fact, I find I am invigorated every time you visit, as if your mere presence rejuvenates my spirit."

"Uh, okay," Supergirl says, unable to know what to say. A bead of perspiration appears on her forehead. "Where the Hell is THIS going?" she asks herself, puzzled about the woman's odd behavior.

"Dear, sweet Supergirl," Britannia says, suddenly moving closer to the blond heroine. Britannia's arms slip behind Supergirl's back, between her tunic and her cape, and gently pull the girl closer. Again their two bodies press together, again their breasts crush together. Supergirl moans throatily as the witch runs one of her hands across the blue tunic and up across her shoulder to caress her neck. "Please forgive me," Britannia says, pressing her lips against Supergirl's.

As Supergirl's eyes widen in surprise, Britannia presses her tongue against Supergirl's and slowly parts the lips. The witch's tongue plunges into the Maid of Might's mouth and fences with her tongue, quickly gaining dominance.

"Mmmm," Supergirl says, pushing the white-clad witch backward, "d-don't do this, Britannia!" She looks at the witch for a moment, unsure whether to stay or flee. "Let's - let's just take this guy to Paris, okay? Then I'll head back to the U.S."

"But I don't want you leaving me just yet, darling," the witch says, again moving to the blonde and wrapping arms around her. Supergirl's eyes widen again and she arches her torso away from the witch, shocked at the woman's behavior.

"Nnnh, st-stop it, Britannia," Supergirl says, trying to free her arms and get away from the witch.

"Now, now, cherie," Britannia says, "don't struggle. Let's enjoy ourselves a bit, n'cest pas?"

"Brit - Britannia?" Supergirl asks quizzically. "Y-you're not Britannia, you're . . . you're the Countess!" As Supergirl tries to move away from the woman, the eyes of the Girl of Steel widen as the witch suddenly begins to shimmer and glow. In a heartbeat, Countess Laval replaces the English sorceress. Grinning evilly at the Girl of Steel, Laval murmurs under her breath and suddenly another web envelops the Maid of Might. This time, the web covers the girl from the tops of her boots to her neckline.

"There's a delicious energy flowing from your body, Supergirl," Laval says, smiling at her captive. "I believe I can find a better use for it than letting you flit around the world in your cute little blue blouse, red skirt, and red cape! I think your energy is more than worth the help of that foolish German lout!" Laval releases the Maid of Might and lets her fall onto her butt. Laval stoops beside the heroine and puts one hand under Supergirl's chin, raising her head until the two woman can look into each other's eyes.

"This won't hurt, cherie," Laval promises, "well, maybe a little." Laughing, the witch puts one hand on each side of Supergirl's head and presses her palms against the blond hair.

"uuuuHHHHHAAAAAAIIIIIIIIEEEEEE!" Supergirl screams as forces seem to ripe her head apart from the inside. Laval's hands start to fly away from Supergirl's head but the French witch grits her teeth and presses her palms back against Supergirl's head. The sound of energy flowing out of the Kryptonian's body into the witch's sizzles and crackles like an electrical short cirtuit.

"SSSTTOOOPPPPP - YOU - YOU'RE KILLING MEEEEE!" Supergirl moans as her head feels like it will explode from the eldritch forces stealing her energy. "PAAIINN!!! AAARRRRRRRR" she cries, her eyes rolling up into her head.

"Ohhh, YESSSS!" the Countess hisses as she feels the Kryptonian's energy pouring into her body. "More - must . . . have MORE!!!"

"You've had quite enough, I think!" Britannia says. The real English Enchantress hovers over the mansion, glaring at the French sorceress and her baldfaced theft of Supergirl's energy. Britannia levels her sceptre at the Countess and a blueish light arcs from it to the woman's body, blasting her backward away from the stricken Maid of Might.

Screaming like a feral beast, Laval rises to her feet and lashes an arm toward to hovering Britannia. A bright red ball of energy flies toward the Englishwoman but at the last second swerves and crashes downward, hitting the unconscious body of Karl Witte. Without the benefits of his magical armor, Witte's body shimmers and fades away from this plain of existence. "BITCH!" Laval howls at Britannia, tossing another red ball at the English Enchantress.

"Impressive," Britannia says in an even tone as she descends toward the Frenchwoman. Again the red ball of energy deflects and flies off into the maze, disappearing a large chunk of the maze. "But not impressive enough," Britannia continues. "I do not appreciate attacks upon my friends, Mme. Laval. Not at all." Britannia raises her sceptre over her head (looking a bit like the Statue of Liberty) and begins an eldritch chant. Again and again the Frenchwoman sends red balls of energy against the Englishwoman, but she just ignores them while continuing her incantation. The orbs glance off her eldritch wards and smash into the building or shoot off into the maze.

"NNOOOO!!" Laval suddenly screams as she begins to shimmer, "wh-what are you DOING to meEEEE?!" Faster and faster her body shimmers. Suddenly a blue arc of light/energy leaps from her body and smashes into the body of Supergirl, bouncing the blonde's body off the grass and into the air several feet. When the arc stops and the Maid of Might falls back onto the grass, Laval's body seems to collapse in on itself and, like Doomsday's did earlier, the French witch seems to blink out of existence.

Britannia lands beside the now-unconscious body of Supergirl and kneels. Britannia gently places a palm on the Girl of Steel's forehead and begins a new chant. A minute later Supergirl opens her eyes and blearily looks around. "Wh-what happened?" she asks in a weak voice. She tries to rise off the grass but doesn't have the strength. "I'll just lie here until the world stops spinning around me," she decides, looking up at Britannia. "Are you . . . are you the real Britannia?" she finally manages to ask.

"Yes, girl," Britannia replies, laughing at the blonde. "I'm the real me - this time. Whilst I was racing back here to help you, that French bitch returned. Good luck I arrived when I did! She was going to rob you of all your energy. With that much power, even I might have had a rough time dealing with her!"

Britannia reaches down and helps Supergirl sit up, then rise on her unsteady legs. As the Maid of Might stands beside the witch, swaying slightly, Britannia says, "Come, my friend, let ME take YOU, this time, back to my little nook. What you need now is a good cuppa tea. That'll fix you up, right as rain!" Barely aware of her surroundings, the Maid of Might lets the English witch drag her into the air for the short flight back to Stonehenge and a chance to recover from this supernatural battle.
