Supergirl sits in a chair in the Metropolis Justice League of America building. Beside her sits Batman, Gotham's Caped Crusader. The bedraggled heroine's costume is stained and dirty and her blond tresses hang from her head in ropy blond strands with black stains throughout her hair. She looks like shit. Fatigue and pains from a recent battle with two villains gives her strength to do little more than rest her head in her cupped hands. A few moments pass before Supergirl manages to lift her head and say, "Misty and some new guy beat the crap out of me a few hours ago. I couldn't do anything against her. I gotta talk with you about how to fight someone like that." She can barely keep her eyes open.

"Of course" Batman says, still recovering from the shocking site of the Maid of Might. They are not close friends - he believes she is too reckless, relying too often on her mighty powers to force a victory over villains. She sees him as a stuffy, arrogant prude of a father-figure, always telling 'younger' heroes how to be responsible forces for justice. But he IS the smartest person Supergirl knows and might help her find a way to defeat Misty.

"Uh, perhaps a hot shower would be in order, Supergirl," the Batman says, rising from his chair. "It might refresh you. Afterwards, we can talk." He doesn't add that her aroma would be significantly improved, as well.

"Mnnh, yeah ... y-you're probably right," the defeated heroine says, rising slowly to her feet.

A few moments later, the fully-clothed Girl of Steel stands in the powerful spray of hot water in one of the 'locker' rooms in the League's headquarters. She uses one hand to hold herself upright and runs her other hand through her long blond tresses, trying to remove the last traces of Misty's cloud-stuff. The hot water has cleaned most of the gunk off her costume so that it shines lustrously in the strong spray. Her costume clings to her body, the tunic sharply accentuating her 36C breasts. Small tents on either side of the red and yellow "S" show that she's also mildly aroused by the spray.

Finally satisfied that her costume is clean, the Maid of Might slowly removes her boots (almost falling over once as her fatigued body trembles as she tries to remain upright on one leg). She tosses her red boots out of the shower stall and then removes her yellow belt and red skirt. These too fly across the small bathroom/locker room, leaving a wide trail of water droplets, to land atop her boots. Finally, the Maid of Might removes her tunic and cape, wrings out the water in them, and tosses them out of the shower.

"Mmmmnnn ... this feels soooo nice," she decides, rubbing soap on her breasts - two round white globes which seem to defy gravity. Between the hot spray and the slippery soap sliding around her orbs, her nipples slowly begin to swell from arousal. She continues moving one hand down her torso, scrubbing the soap against her rock-hard abs. Her other hand continues to rub and even massage first one, then her other breast. She's unaware that the two small nubs on her breasts are swelling larger with each passing moment. She holds her face under the hot water and moans again as her body responds to the water and soap and caresses, shuddering slightly. Almost unconsciously, she runs the bar of soap down onto her blond bush and scrubs it briefly, then slips the slippery soap bar between her legs and across her nether lips.

"Ooohhhhhh, Raooo!" she moans, dropping her chin on her chest, as her scrubbing sparks a stronger erotic surge through her super body. Supergirl closes her eyes and as her left hand swirls in circles on her soapy breasts, her right hand begins to slide the bar of soap in and out of her nether lips, deftly pressing against her clit and almost to her anus. The edge of the bar occasionally deeply penetrates her nether lips, causing her to gasp in pleasure. Her mind wanders back to the previous night at Batgirl's townhouse and what the two women did to each other's body. As Supergirl's imagination vividly recalls how skillfully Batgirl used her mouth and hands to bring her to arousal and climax, Supergirl begins to get powerfully stimulated here in the shower.

"AAAAAHHHHH ... YYYYEEEESSSS!!" she finally cries out as a small orgasm wracks her Kryptonian body, fueled both by her imagination and her hands.

"Supergirl! Are you all right in there?" Batman shouts through the closed door. "Do you need any help?"

"MMMMNNNN, N-Noo, Batman," Supergirl replies, trying to regain control, "no, I'm all right. Just sore. Be out in a jiff!" Reluctantly, the Maid of Might rinses the soap suds from her body and steps out of the shower. She reaches back in to turn off the shower and grab the soap, which she tosses into the trash, sad that she needed it for more than washing. Supergirl slowly towels herself off, savoring the soft feel and smell of the large, thick terrycloth towel. "Do I need any help, he asks!" Supergirl snorts. Then as she runs the fluffy towel over her body, she imagines being overpowered by the stern, judgemental 'Batprude'. "I wonder if he would crack a smile if he came inside me?" she muses, continuing to dry her body. As she works to dry her groin and legs, and as her imagination of being 'taken' by Batman ("after he severely disciplines me for being so unruly, of course" she decides), she drags the towel a bit too hard across her pussy and suddenly has another small orgasm. It's large enough, however, to again make her moan and have to lean against the wall to remain standing.

A few minutes later a more composed, and drier Girl of Steel tosses aside the towel and looks around the locker room. After using her super vision to dry her costume, the Maid of Might slowly climbs back into her now-clean and warm uniform. A few last moments to dry and comb her hair and she's ready to work with the Caped Crusader to find a way to defeat Misty.

"You look a lot better," Batman offers as Supergirl returns to the League's Communications Room "And you smell a WHOLE lot better," he thinks to himself. "You had me worried there for a bit, Supergirl," he says. "I was afraid you'd fallen or had a delayed reaction from some recent combat."

"Mmnn, thanks, Batman," Supergirl replies. "Just ... just getting a 'blast from the past', as it were." Batman looks quizzically at the Girl of Steel, unable to decipher her meaning.

"So what do you think, Batman?" the Girl of Steel asks the Dark Knight. "How do I defeat someone I can't reach but who can defeat me with clouds." She proceeds to explain EVERY detail of her combat with Misty and the 'new guy'. At times, she can see Batman grimace behind his mask at the shocking way she was defeated*.

"So what did they do to screw up their attack on you - no pun intended?" Batman says when Supergirl finally finishes. "Sounds like Misty was about to completely defeat ...

"She DID defeat me - I passed out!"

"... did defeat you, then, when she suddenly was no longer attacking you. You didn't escape from her under your own power, obviously, and she doesn't sound like she suddenly decided to just let you live. You make it sound like she was very serious about killing you. You don't remember anything after she began pumping clouds into your mouth?"

"No, Batman," the Girl of Steel replies. "Like I said, I passed out after she started it. Next thing I knew, I was in an alley on the far north side of town, about eight miles away from where we fought. I agree with you. From the way she talked, I can't believe that Misty just let me go."

"Well, we'll have to put that on the shelf, for now, and concentrate on what you can do to defeat her. You say you could move your arms and legs but couldn't attack her?" Batman replies.

"Right, the more I tried to get close enough to hit her, the more cloud stuff she put between us. It was like walking against a strong stream of ... water or something. I couldn't make progress even though I could brush aside her cloud stuff. Then when she ... she ..."

"I know - skip that part."

"Okay," Supergirl says. "Well, when she, uh, 'took my attention away from getting at her', I pretty much lost the battle to her."

"So it seems. I think your best defense against her might be ..."

Suddenly a wispy figure materializes in the room, the top half of a human forms above the communications console (the bottom half seems to be inside the console). What is visible is a woman in a red cape and hood. The woman's loose red hood covers her head down to her forehead (with bits of white hair visible inside the hood). Her costume includes a white mask and a form-fitting white and red body suit emblazoned with what seems to be the Union Jack flag of the United Kingdom. Her arms are adorned with elbow-length white leather gloves. In one hand, she carries a rod with a gem (a diamond?) on the end, the fabled 'Isle Sceptre'. The ghostly figure is none other than the English witch, Britannia.

"Great Scott!" Batman shouts, rising from his chair as the appartion appears. One of his hands goes to a pouch on his utility belt.

"Relax, Batman, it's just an old friend and ally," Supergirl says, reaching out to grab Batman's arm. He looks at the apparation, then at the Kryptonian. Finally satisfied that there is no threat here, the Dark Knight settles back in his chair.

"What brings you here?" Supergirl asks the ghostly figure. "Last time*, you just left a message on my bathroom mirror." Batman's eyebrows arch at this revelation by the Girl of Steel but otherwise he remains motionless.

"My time here is short, my young friend," the simulcra of Britannia says in a soft voice. "Contacting you like this takes a lot of my energy but I must do this to impress upon you how very desperately I need your help."

"Of course," the Maid of Might replies enthusiastically. "I'll head out right away."

As she rises from her chair, the image of Britannia asks, "And who is your friend? Is he, like you, also a powerful force for good against evil?"

"Oh, sorry," Supergirl replies sheepishly. "Britannia, this is Batman, from Gotham City, here in the U.S. And yes, he too fights crime. Batman, meet Britannia, the English Enchantress."

The Bat and the 'ghost' briefly exchange pleasantries, then Britannia asks, "Does he have super powers like yourself? Surely he can fly with that magnificent cape."

"No, no," Supergirl replies, laughing slightly. "His MIND is his greatest weapon against evil. He is probably the smartest hero we have here in the U.S. He doesn't have any super powers, per se," she gushes.

"Hello!" Batman says. "I'm still in the room, you know. Why not ask me, Britannia?"

"Because I know young Kara, Batman," Britannia's simulacra replies, smiling and turning toward the Dark Knight. "Well, then, Batman, I'm in dire need of help here in the isles. A powerful new enemy is building its energy. I need Supergirl's help but I would also welcome your kind assistance, as well. Would you come here with Kara to help me, Sir Knight?" Batman almost blushes at Britannia's theatrical language, unsure if she's just being a stereotypical Englishwoman or is 'sweet-talking' him. He kindly assumes the former.

"Ah ... yes, I can come to you - how soon do you need us?" the Dark Knight replies. "My jet can ..."

"If I could bring you here instantly, I would do so, Batman," the ghostly figure interrupts, fading in and out. "Please hurry ..."

As the image fades, Batman rises to his feet to stand beside the Girl of Steel. "Sounds like she's in a hot spot, Supergirl. Perhaps you should fly us ..."

"My thoughts exactly, Batman," Supergirl replies with grim determination on her face. "I don't feel 100 percent ready for action but it's only a little after noon. Lots of sun between here and England - all that yellow sun radiation should energize me. Let's go!"

Minutes later, the Girl of Steel begins flying at super speed across the broad Atlantic Ocean. Under one arm she carries a large red bundle - Batman, completely covered by her red cape. She holds her other arm in front of their bodies, to slice through the air so Batman isn't buffeted by winds - they're travelling east northeast at close to 1500 miles an hour a few hundred feet above sea level. At over twice the speed of sound, without Supergirl brushing aside the wind, without the protection of her indestructible cape, Batman would be hammered and burned by the winds. Even so, she flies slower than she could, for his safety.

Using her super hearing and ventriloquism, Supergirl can easily chat with the Caped Crusader during the flight. "I forgot to ask you," Batman mutters, "what happened to you last night?"

The Girl of Steel briefly explains how she and Batgirl encountered the ninja warrior woman, were defeated, and why*. She also tells him about the red-K and how it made the use of her powers so painful. Finally, she tells him how her powers returned just in time to prevent Batgirl from being terribly tortured by the sadistic villainess.

"Well, I'm glad you to finally won the battle," Batman says. "Hawkman said he saw you two riding off on her motorcycle. Are you sure no one saw where she dropped you?"

"Unh, yeah," Supergirl says, nervously, "I don't think we were seen."

"Where'd she take you?" Batman asks.

"Uh, back to her place, Batman. Do we really need to talk about this?"

"Well, I just want to know that you and Batgirl got back safely. Like you, Batgirl tends to rush into things without a lot of thought. I worry about her safety. I worry more when she's with you because you both rush into situations without considering the implications or consequences."

"We're both adult women, Batman," Supergirl replies defensively. Her temper is beginning to rise at his attitude. "We care for each other because we're both young women 'working' in a world run by old white men."

"Old white men with the experience to think before they act," Batman snaps. "So, nothing else happened last night?"

"Uh, no, nothing else. I was really tired after the fight and the red-K - I was asleep on her bed before she came to bed and I got up early."

"You slept on her bed ... WITH her? She took off her mask in your presence?"

"Yes, Batman, I know who she is, and she knows my secret identity, too. We've become very good friends."

After a long silence, Batman says, "Well, I'm glad to hear you got some rest before your encounter with Misty and the new villain. Now, about defeating Misty ..." Batman says. He proceeds to dissect Misty's capabilities and fighting style, finally suggesting ways for Supergirl to defeat Misty in the future. The tension between Batman and the Maid of Might slowly subsides as they race across the Atlantic.

After a little over two hours, the Girl of Steel and her 'package' arrive over southwestern England's pre-Druid ruin known as Stonehenge. She gently lands atop one of the lintel stones - one of the pieces that spans the tops of two upright stones. The few tourists still here at dusk look up at the strangely-garbed woman and her big red bundle that have suddenly landed on a sacred English relic. The Girl of Steel unwraps the Caped Crusader and dons her cape, then says in a voice too soft for the tourists to hear, "BRITANNIA ..." and suddenly the pair disappear from the sight of the startled tourists ...

... and reappear in a different place - like the inside of what one might imagine to be an English peasant's cottage from hundreds of years ago, but with no windows or doors. One rough-hewn plaster and wood wall holds a series of shelves heavily laden with books, scrolls, and arcane odds and ends. Tables or other furniture, also piled high with books and scrolls and who knows what other stuff line the other three walls of the room. A large fireplace in the center of one wall has a roaring fire going quite nicely, causing shadows on the walls to dance merrily and making the room seem incredibly warm and hospitable.

A huge stuffed chair sits in the middle of the room on a large rug, flanked by small tables on either side. The English Enchantress, Britannia, lounges in the chair in a lotus position. The white-haired woman has a very thin figure with smallish breasts. She appears to be about 40 years old. She is dressed in her costume, which consists of what is now apparently a full-length white and red bodysuit (which hugs every curve, as if it's painted on her body). The front, the British flag, stretches sideways from her neckline to just above her thin waist. Black knee-high leather 'buccaneer' boots with rolled-down tops and a white mask that covers her forehead and reaches down over her cheeks complete most of her costume. Her long red cape and hood hang nearby on an old fashioned wooden coat rack. The woman's famous Isle Sceptre, a wand topped by a diamond, lies on a table beside the sorceress. The sceptre is, according to legend, a gift from Merlin the magician.

There are two overstuffed chairs across from the witch's chair. She waves her arm at the chairs and says, "Please, won't you two have a seat?" Supergirl and Batman move slowly to the chairs and seat themselves. Batman continues to stare at the room's furnishings, greedily absorbing all that he can see, filing his observations for future reference.

"This place is amazing, Britannia," Batman says a moment later. "Are we still in England?"

"Not in your sense, no," the witch replies. "We are on another astral plane in a place created and maintained by my magicks."

"What do you need us to do," Supergirl asks. She sits in one chair in a lotus position, like Britannia. Her red skirt rides high on her thighs, giving Britannia a clear view of the thin blue strip covering Supergirl's womanhood. The Maid of Might fails to notice how hungrily the witch looks at her super body.

"Mmmnn ... we need to act quickly. Someone in Wales is tapping into very dark and very dangerous forces. To be fully prepared, we will need a talisman from a cave on the Isle of Man. It is the Cup of Peace of St. Olaf and I cannot handle that holy Christian relic. You two must get the talisman whilst I prepare to confront the magick user. And I must warn you that there are physical and magical wards protecting the talisman. You will need all your powers, Supergirl, and your sharp wits, Batman, to succeed! Even that might not be enough." Supergirl frowns briefly as she realizes that Britannia has almost called her a 'dumb blonde', but decides not to press the point - Batman IS smarter than the Girl of Steel.

"You recall that I'm vulnerable to magic, Britannia," Supergirl says nervously. "And Batman has no super powers so he's vulnerable, too."

"I have what I believe may be the solution to your limitations. I have a magically-enhanced set of armor, crafted many many years ago, which should protect both of you on your noble quest," the witch explains. "This was first used by Boadicea, the warrior queen of the Brits against the Romans. Some say it was magically-endowed by Merlin but he died many years before her appearance. I remember her fondly." Both Batman and Supergirl look in awe at the witch, realizing she must be nearly 2000 years old, if not more.

"Now, then, I think perhaps the helmet, shield and sword will give you enough protection, my dear new friend, Batman," the witch says, and three shiny silver items appear on a table in front of his seat. "Supergirl, if you will go behind that partition," a partition suddenly appears beside Supergirl's chair, "you will find armor which you must put on. You will have to remove all of your costume to ensure proper protection, my dear."

As Batman looks skeptically at the magic artifacts in front of him, Supergirl raises an eyebrow and frowns, but rises and goes behind the partition. In seconds, her familiar blue, red and yellow costume gets draped over the top of the partition. "This ... this is a ... snug fit, Britannia," Supergirl says from behind the screen.

"It will mold itself to your body in a few moments, child," Britannia replies in a soothing voice. "Do put all of it on, please."

Moments later, the Girl of Steel steps from behind the screen. Batman gasps at the sight of the Kryptonian. She's now clad in a highly-polished set of armor which is white or silver-colored. A plate covers the front half of her body from her neckline to below her crotch. The armor plate seems to hug her body like a spandex workout suit, accentuating her curves and breasts. A second plate, bound to the front plate by silver chains, covers her back from her neck down to below her buttocks. Her skin can be seen between the two plates where not covered by the silver chains. Long silver 'gauntlets' reaching up almost to her shoulders cover her hands and arms and 'boots' cover her legs from her feet to the middle of her thighs. As she moves, the metal armor creaks like new leather.

"How could anyone wear something so constricting," Batman asks.

"Well, all who have worn this armor - Boadicea, Jeanne d'Arc, others, and even Kara, here - all have had (or have) the strength to make the metal, a living metal, I must add, move with their bodies. Merlin once called it britannia-metal and in fact first forged it from tin, copper, antimony, bismuth and zinc. Then he ensorcelled it with certain features."

"What features?" Batman asks, suspicion dripping from his voice. Supergirl also looks concerned about her new costume.

"Well, the armor is basically enhanced with the ability to deflect magickal attacks, to conserve one's strength and energy, and has a few other features which you will discover on your quest. You will need such protection, Kara, when you enter the Cave of Man."

"Uh, Britannia, I'm a bit embarassed to say this, but there's no, unh, no underwear with this armor. And you said I had to remove all of my costume ..."

"For the suit to work properly, Kara, you must not have anything between your body and the armor. I'm sure Batman is a fine gentleman who will respect your privacy whilst you two are on your quest."

"Harumph," Batman says, clearing his throat, "I ... I, uh ..."

"Oh, don't bother," Supergirl says, laughing, "I won't embarass you, I promise!"

Once again Supergirl sits on the chair opposite Britannia, this time her silver-booted feet are both on the floor. And this time the witch can clearly see Kara's blond bush and nether lips until the Maid of Might self-consciously crosses her legs. Batman goes behind the partition to don the helmet - he has to remove his cowl and cape, according to the English Enchantress. At first, it seems too large for his head - it fits loosely and covers the top and back of his head down to the bottom of his neck. In front, the helmet covers his nose and cheeks. The sides reach down below his ears, almost to his jawbone. By the time he walks out from behind the screen, the helmet seems to alter itself to fit snugly against his head.

"Excellent!" Britannia says, clapping her hands, "my champions are ready!" She mutters something in a soft voice and both Batman and Supergirl feel a tingly sensation where the armor touches their skin. Suddenly a map appears in the air in front of the heroes.

"This is the Isle of Man, in the Irish Sea. You must go there. Three miles due east of the town of Peel, which is here on the west side of the island, there is a cave under Peel Mountain. You will be able to see it, Batman, with that helmet on. It is concealed by a magick spell. Enter the cave and go to the innermost part of the cave. There you will find the Cup of Peace of St. Olaf. The helmet will reveal magickal wards and threats to you, Batman, and both of you have weapons or the strength to defeat the guardians of the cup."

"Guardians?" Batman and Supergirl ask.

"One is the Buggane of St. Trinian's - a kind of goblin, long assumed to be dead but in fact guarding the cup. The other is Lhiannan Shee, the peace faery," witch says.

"What are their powers and abilities?" Supergirl asks.

"The Buggane is just very strong and very hard to kill, Kara," Britannia replies. "The peace faery is a fierce warrior but can be killed by Batman's sword."

"We don't kill," Batman says gravely, tossing down the sword. "We need another way to get your Cup if we must kill to get it."

"He's right, Britannia," Supergirl agrees, "I wouldn't feel right. And since they're guarding a Christian relic, aren't they, like, GOOD guys?"

Britannia pauses several seconds and almost seems to glare at her two champions. Finally, she suggests, "Then you must not kill them, my friends. But with your sword and your strength, perhaps you can get past them to get the Cup. But you truly MUST get the Cup! And you must go NOW!"

As soon as Britannia finishes, the two champions disappear from the cottage and reappear on the lintel stone at Stonehenge.

"And so it begins," Britannia says as her guests depart. The room and her costume fade from view and she stretches out full length in a black void. A silvery aura forms around her body, covering her like her skin-tight body-suit.

"I don't have a good feeling about this," Batman says, looking down at Kara. They're standing in the dark on the lintel stone. All tourists have left the site. "Hmmm, there's an odd, blue glow around your body, Supergirl."

"A glow? What do you mean?" she asks, worried that some magic may be affecting her already.

"I don't know, Kara," Batman says, resting one gloved hand on the girl's shoulder, to calm her concerns. "I imagine we'll find out, in time. Maybe it's just some of the magical protection that the suit has," he says, removing his hand.

"You know," Supergirl continues, "I don't like the idea about this 'quest' too much, either, Batman, but I trust Britannia. I believe she's one of the good guys, and she wouldn't send us off on this quest unless it was really crucial for us to do it to help her stop those 'dark forces' from appearing. I've helped her defeat magical forces before and she's always been really great. Let's just go to the Isle of Man and get that cup thinggy for her, okay?"

As Batman nods his head in agreement, Supergirl wraps an arm around his waist and they leap into the air. Batman finally relents and puts his arm around Supergirl's waist, to help stabilize his body as they roar over the English countryside. Ten minutes later, as they arrive over Peel Castle on the Isle of Man, they slowly begin drifting to the east. Batman suddenly points at the ground. "Down there!" he commands, and they drop to the side of a large hill overlooking the western side of the Isle. Supergirl stumbles briefly on landing and only Batman's arm around her waist prevents her from falling on her face.

"I don't see anything," Supergirl says, ignoring her stumble, "even with my super vision."

"Magic!" the Dark Knight mutters, striding toward the cave entrance. The Girl of Steel hustles after him and though she thinks she's about to walk into a wall of dirt, her body passes through what seems like a force field barrier - some delay, some discomfort - and enters a dark passage on the other side. Batman's hand goes up to the side of his head and his chin drops down, almost onto his chest, for a brief second after he enters the tunnel.

"Let's continue," Batman says after he raises his head a moment later. "I'll keep an eye peeled ahead of us, Supergirl. Maybe you can use your super vision, too, and look for anything in the rocks or around any corners. If we're both alert, we might get through this okay."

"Right," she replies. "And I really hope we can avoid hurting the Cup's guardians. I really wouldn't like to be someone who killed a fairy! Not even a goblin."

After walking through the dark passage downward under the hill, looking ahead with either the magic helmet or super vision, something like a glowing golden spider web appears, stretching across the width of the passageway. The two stand in front of the web and inspect it. As they look at it, Batman's hand again goes to the side of his head, as if he's getting a headache.

The Maid of Might notices Batman's discomfort. "I can handle this, Batman," Supergirl says helpfully, stepping forward.

"Wait a sec- ..." Batman says, too late.

When the Girl of Steel's silver gauntlets touch the web, she suddenly flares brightly, as terrific energies course through her body. Her hair flies outward from her head like a bad case of static electricity and her legs even leave the ground, extending behind her as though she's flying, with her hands in front of her body, on the web. She screams in pain, "AAAAAHHHH!!" and the cave fills with sounds of crackling energy. After a few seconds, she drops down onto one knee, her mighty body shuddering as it's wracked by pain. "MMMMAAAAKKKEEE IITTT SSSTTTOOPPPP, BBAATTT- ..." she cries, finally getting back to her feet.

"SUPERGIRL!" Batman gasps, stepping toward the Maid of Might. In one deft move, he swings the sword over his shoulder and chops at the web, slicing downward in a powerful thrust. The web along one side of the passageway separates from the wall and immediately wraps around Supergirl's body, binding her against the other wall. Her cries increase as the entire web now tightly pins her body to the wall. Every part of the front of her body is touched by webbing and sparks fly across the cave.

"NNNNNNNNNNNNHHHHHHH!!" Supergirl moans piteously as her body rocks and bounces against the wall in agony.

Batman looks at his companion with anguished eyes. Again he steps forward with his sword and again begins to cut at the web, this time focusing on the part that he didn't cut before, the part anchored on the other side of the passageway. With two deft strokes, the Caped (well, unCaped, at this point) Crusader severs the web away from the wall. As soon as he finishes his cut, there is an explosion that slams him against the opposite wall of the tunnel.

"Mmmnn, wh-what hit me?" Batman asks himself some time later when he regains consciousness. Suddenly recalling Supergirl's plight, he gets up and looks around the tunnel. The web has disappeared completely; the Maid of Might has not. She lies against the other wall of the tunnel, on her back, her chest slowly rising and falling, her eyes closed.

"Supergirl," Batman says, kneeling beside the Girl of Steel and lifting her head off the ground. "Supergirl - can you hear me?"

A second later, the blonde groans and her eyes flutter open. "Nnnnhhh, R-Rao - that HURT!" she moans. Batman helps her into a seated position, her back propped against the wall, her legs spread across the width of the tunnel. "Oh ... Batman," she finally says, shaking her head, "I feel as weak as a kitten, and this armor is starting to get hot, somehow."

"How can you feel heat?" Batman asks, concern visible on his face beneath the helmet. "Unless the heat is caused by magic."

"Mu-must be," Supergirl concludes, rubbing the side of her head. After sitting for a few minutes, Batman helps the Maid of Might to her feet. She props herself up with one hand on the wall and Batman steps back to look at her.

"That blue glow is getting brighter, Supergirl," he says. "If you feel stronger in a few minutes, I guess we can conclude that the blue light signifies that its magic energies are 'recharging you'. If you DON'T feel better soon, then we'll have to assume that the armor is attacking you." She just looks at him and nods, too fatigued to reply.

"We'd better keep going," she finally says, showing the valiant pluck of a true heroine in the face of adversity!

"Ooohhh, that feels soooo nice," the English Enchantress mumbles as her body glows with red energy, inside the cocoon wrapped around her naked body in the dark void. "More ... need much ... more!"

The two champions move another fifty feet down the tunnel when the passageway widens into a large cavern. There is another tunnel on the far side of the cavern and large dark pool between the heroes and the far tunnel. "I'm not psychic," Batman says, "but I'm thinking something not nice is going to happen here."

"Roger that," Supergirl says, somewhat recovered from the ordeal with the golden web.

"Your blue glow isn't as bright, Supergirl," he says, looking at the Maid of Might. He grits his teeth as another spasm wracks his brain.

"I actually do feel better," she replies, rubbing one shoulder. "It must mean that the glow is helping me recover. Uh, Batman, I tried to look into that black pool but I can't see anything - I mean, I can't get my super vision to penetrate the surface. I can see through the walls, but not into the pool."

But at that very minute the ground heaves under them and rumbling sounds come up from below the pool. The sounds grow louder underneath, and bubbles roil on the surface of the pool. Suddenly a great big head breaks through the water just before the pair, and slowly rises up through the pool. The head is covered with a mane of coarse, black hair; it has eyes like torches, and glittering sharp tusks. And when the head is above the pool, the fiery eyes glare fiercely at the heroes; the big, ugly, red mouth opens wide, and a dreadful voice says: "Thou rascals, what business hast thou here?"

Supergirl and Batman look in mute shock at the apparition as it slowly continues to rise from the pool.

"Dost thou see this big head of mine?" yells the Buggane.

Slowly, the heroes nod at the beast.

Up comes a big broad pair of shoulders, then a thick arm shoots out and a great fist shakes in front of their faces.

"Dost thou see my long arms?" roars the brute's voice.

Again they nod. This time they begin to back away from the pool.

The Buggane keeps rising and rising up through the water until the horrible form, black as ebony, and covered with wrinkles like the leather of a blacksmith's bellows, has risen out of the pool. "Dost thou see this big body of mine?" roars the creature.

Again they nod, as they each takes a step backward away from the beast rising from the black pool.

"Dost thou see my sharp claws?" roars the Buggane in a more angry voice than before. His fist opens and reveals talons the size of Batman's legs at the ends of its four fingers.

"Dost thou see my cloven foot?" thunders the beast, drawing up one big foot and planking it down on the cavern floor with a thud that makes the walls shake.

"I see, I see!" Supergirl replies in a voice half-trembling, half disgusted with the beast's taunting manner. Suddenly, she and Batman stop their backward movement - shock appears on their faces as both realize that the tunnel they just left no longer exists! The only way out of the cavern is the tunnel on the far side of the huge pool and the towering Buggane.

The Buggane, in a furious rage, yells: "Dost thou see my rough arms, my bony fingers, my hard fists, my-- ?"

Before he can utter another syllable, or pull the other hoof out of the pool, Supergirl grabs Batman around his waist and leaps into the air. Like a silver streak, she shoots around the perimeter of the cavern, shielding Batman with her body between him and the Buggane. As they speed around the edge of the cavern, the beast roars its anger at their attempt to escape. With remarkable speed for a thirty-foot monster, the Buggane turns around to its right, its left foot still in the pool.

The duo are a few feet away from the exit when the beast's huge fist moves with startling speed and slams down on Supergirl's back, hammering her to the ground. Just before she hits, she releases Batman and he 'tucks and rolls' like a veteran paratrooper, finishing up inside the exit tunnel. Supergirl, unfortunately, is hammered so hard her super body hits the stone floor of the cave and plows into it to a depth of several inches.

"Ohhh, nnnhh," Supergirl moans, rising up on her hands and knees. One hand goes to the side of her head, in a vain attempt to stop the pounding. From the tunnel entrance, Batman can see the glowing blue Supergirl, just a few feet away. His jaw drops in shock at the sight of a depression on the armor plate on her back. The 'dimple' is about a foot across and maybe an inch or two deep. Since the armor fits her like a second skin ...

Before either hero can do anything, the beast continues its turn and bends down to grab the blonde. The Buggane's huge paw grabs her body and its talons press against the armor on her back, pushing in on the silver metal, seeming to bury into her back. "AAAAAAIIIIIIIEEEEEEEE!!" Supergirl cries as massive pain wracks her body. She hangs limply from the monster's paw as it shakes her body.

"T-too weak ... nnnnh ... gotta get aaaAAAAAHHHH!!" she cries, trying and failing to lift her hands to strike the Buggane's hand. The monster continues to crush the blonde in his hand, continues turning toward the cavern's exit. Suddenly the beast begins to topple toward the exit as its left leg, still in the pool, crosses the right and overbalances the monster. The goblin drops down, half in and half out of the pool. As its elbow hits the ground on the far side of the pool, the creature roars in pain and its fist flies open, catapaulting Supergirl into the air.

Batman hesitates only a second. As the beast's hand lands on the cavern floor, palm side up, the Dark Knight rushes forward and expertly hammers the sword down onto the creature's palm. There is only a second's delay, then the ensorcelled sword cuts into the mythical beast's hand and pins it to the floor of the cavern. Flopping about in the roiling water, the creature roars in pain and rage as it's hand is trapped. The Buggane has to to struggle back to its feet to get at the sword and wastes valuable moments floundering on the edge of the pool.

As the beast tries to recover, Batman rushes over and grabs Supergirl by her hair. Like a black-clad caveman, he races across the fifteen feet back to the open tunnel. Supergirl's unconscious body flops on the floor of the cavern behind him. Blood pours from four holes in her back. The duo rush deeply into the tunnel as the Buggane roars epithets after them.

"More ... more ... MMOOORRRREEE!!" Britannia cries out as her body seems engulfed in flame.

Well inside the tunnel, Batman halts his flight and turns to examine the Girl of Steel. She's glowing like a light bulb now and losing a lot of blood from four two-inch wide holes in her back. "So much for the armor protecting her," he snorts in disgust. He roots in his utility belt and pulls out three gauze pads - all he has. He tries to remove the armor plate on her back but can't see any way to do so. "How the HELL did she get this thing on?" he asks, checking her sides and front for some way to open the armor.

Desperation finally forces him to smear some anti-bacterial ointment on the pads and then stuff them into the cracks in the armor, hoping to stop the bleeding. Another check of his belt reveals nothing to stop the final hole. Desperate to do anything, Batman spreads the last of his ointment into the last hole, then removes one of his black Kevlar©, spandex and rubber gloves. He lifts the stricken heroine's body up and lays her face down across his lap. He sticks his little finger into the hole in her back, pressing against the gash caused by the Buggane's talon. Suddenly a shooting pain rips through his head and his other hand goes to his head. "What's causing these headaches!" he moans as his head throbs and pulses in pain.

The English witch, on her astral plane, arches her back and moans deeply as her head suddenly glows with a bright red light.

After about an hour, Batman notices that the gash in Supergirl's back, caused by the goblin's talon, has apparently closed up! He pulls his finger out of the hole in the metal and sticks a dry finger into the hole. Yes, her wound has healed! He pulls the gauze pads out of the other three holes in her armor and sticks his finger down each hole. Every one of her wounds has healed! Then, before his very eyes, he can see the four holes suddenly begin to close. In a second, all four holes are gone. Also, the huge 'dimple' in her backplate, caused when the Buggane hit her with his fist, is also gone.

"mmmmnnnnnhhhh," the heroine moans, not for the first time in this quest.

"Kara ... Supergirl!" Batman barks, rolling the woman over so that her back is on his thighs. "Supergirl ... can you hear me?"

The Maid of Might slowly swims up toward consciousness, moaning from time to time, until she's finally able to open her eyes. Long seconds later, she smiles weakly at Batman. She tries to raise an arm for some unknown reason but it flops back down onto Batman's lap. The Caped Crusader briefly experiences a rush of blood between his legs, then abruptly suppresses the thought. He doesn't even LIKE this woman! But she DOES look so DAMN attractive, her silver-encased chest slowly rising and falling, those perfect globes on her chest with just a hint of nipples raising bumps on the plate.

"STOP IT!" he commands his libido. "You're old enough to be her father!"

"Whu-what's that ... Batman?" Supergirl asks.

"Forget it," he replies sheepishly. "How are you feeling?"

"What happened?" she asks.

"You were brilliant," he hedges. "You flew us across the cavern, past that beast. We almost made it, too, but at the last minute, it hit you on your back and knocked you to the ground." He tells her how it tried to crush her body, then somehow it fell over, at which point he was able to pin it down and drag her out of the cave. "We've been here a few minutes or so while the armor repairs you. It also repairs itself. When you feel strong enough to stand, Supergirl, I think we'd better keep moving. We still need to find that Cup. Then we need to figure out ... aaOOWWW!!" he cries, moving a palm to the side of his head as another stabbing pain strikes his brain.

"Batman?" Supergirl asks, looking up at him. Her right arm still has her elbow on his crotch. When she reaches her hand upward to his chin to soothe his pain, the rotation of her arm presses her elbow a bit harder against his crotch. Batman starts suddenly at the new sensation, then looks down at Supergirl.

"Let me help you sit up," he says abruptly, slipping his left arm under her shoulders. He carefully raises her up onto her butt, then pulls her so that her back is against his right side. And his right arm is now wrapped around her waist, his hand on her lap. When he realizes that he's just inches from her naked nether region, he starts to remove his hand. Suddenly, Supergirl grabs his right hand and pins it against her lap.

"D-don't move it for a bit, Batman," she says, closing her eyes. "Please leave it here, okay?"

Before he can respond, her left hand reaches over and caresses his right leg, running languidly up the inside of his thigh. Batman squirms from her attention, especially when she removes her hand off his thigh and turns to her right, pulling her legs up until she faces his right side. She rises off the cave floor and steps over Batman's seated form, settling onto his thighs, her booted legs reaching backward, pressing against his dark legs.

Batman is shocked at the heroine's behavior - her crotch is now GRINDING against his and he's getting an erection he can't wish away. "What are you doing, Supergirl?" he blurts out. Suddenly the blonde leans forward and as one gloved hand presses against his chest, her lips press hard against his and she hungrily forces her tongue into his mouth, stifling his protests. His arms flutter uselessly at his side - he tries to pry the Kryptonian off his lap but he could move Mt. Everest easier than this woman.

An eternity later, she removes her lips from his and runs her tongue across her top lip, smiling at the Dark Knight. "You saved my life, Batman," she says in a deep, throaty voice. "However can I repay you?"

"By getting off my lap!" he says, pressing both hands against the blonde's shoulders in another vain attempt to move her. Sadness briefly crosses her face, then she slides backward down his legs and rises to her feet, pouting at the Gothamite's rejection of her. There is a noticeable bulge in the crotch of his Batsuit.

"I don't know what's gotten into you, Supergirl, but we have a job to do!" he snarls at her. "And I'm not attracted to you, no matter what my body does when you ... when you ... do what you just did! That's a natural reaction, I assure you. Now, please compose yourself and let's go find that damned Cup!"

The heroine petulantly follows behind the Dark Knight as he heads down the tunnel. A short while later, they notice the tunnel getting more and more narrow. After a few paces, they're walking single file and even the shorter Girl of Steel, now in the lead, has to walk bent over. Batman is even more constrained by the cave. His broad shoulders scrape against the walls of the cave and he's bent over so far that his nose is just inches above Supergirl's ass. He tries to slow down, to let her get ahead, but for some reason, he seems to be almost chained to the woman - he can't fall back.

"This not good, Supergirl," Batman finally says to her butt. "What can you see?"

Supergirl pauses for a moment, not sure she heard him correctly. Shrugging her shoulders (not easy in this tight fit), she scans ahead and sees the tunnel open into a cavern some ten feet ahead. "It stops getting narrow a few feet ahead. Maybe I can go ahead and make the passage a little wider."

"Okay, but watch out," Batman says. "Might be trap here." As he finishes, he puts his hands on the sides of his head and moans as pains stab through his mind, causing him to see stars.

"This is just BRILLIANT!" Britannia gasps as the red glow around her head continues to increase. "Keep using that magnificent brain of yours, Batman, keep thinking great thoughts!"

A foot from the tunnel exit, the Girl of Steel stops. Even she has had to get down onto her knees to get this far. Her shoulders are pressed forward, squeezing her arms against her breasts. With grim determination, the Girl of Steel begins to raise herself off the tunnel floor, pushing upward with her neck and shoulders against the ceiling of the tunnel. There is a rumble and small rocks begin to fall from the roof as she slowly rises upward. Like Atlas holding up the world, the mighty Kryptonian gets on first one silver thigh-high boot and then the second, squatting under the cavern's low roof. Straining with all her star-fueled energy, Supergirl slowly rises upward, pushing the cavern roof with her. More of the ceiling tumbles down but it's clearly rising. After she raises it up to more than five feet high, she places a silver-gauntleted arm on each wall of the tunnel.

Once again she exerts all her great strength in pressing apart the tunnel walls. She even presses her legs against the walls, trying to use both arms and legs to widen the passage. Amazingly, the walls drop a few pebbles onto the floor of the tunnel and begin to move away from the silver-clad heroine. Supergirl finally stops her incredible show of force - she's still bent slightly forward but there's a clear hole between her legs. "Come on, Batman," she gasps. "I don't don't know how long I can hold this open!"

Batman scrambles forward on his hands and knees, barely squeezing through the section before the Girl of Steel's enlarged part of the tunnel. He would not have gotten through had she not open a passage. But now he faces another dilemma. To go any farther, he must crawl between her legs. He pauses to think of the best way to handle this when he suddenly cries out from a massive pain in his head.

"Batman! Are you all right?"

"Nnooo. Head hurt. Hurt bad, pretty girl!"

"I - I can't hold this much longer. Get moving!"

The Dark Knight crawls forward on his hands and knees, squeezing between her legs, rubbing his shoulders against her thighs, his back against her crotch. The thin silver shield he's been carrying on his back grates against Supergirl's armor as it passes across her crotch. The vibration causes her body to shudder and the walls and ceiling of the passage move inexorably closer together. He barely gets past her, and out into the larger cavern, when there is a loud rumble behind him. He ignores that and instead looks around the cavern. Supergirl's cries behind him go unheeded as the tunnel collapses on the Girl of Steel. Batman sits on the floor of the cavern, looking at the ghostly figure floating in the air at the far end of the cave. Slowly the apparition floats toward Gotham's Greatest.

"YESYESYESYES!!" Britannia cries out as the red glow around her body and head pulses and throbs brilliantly in inky void.

An eternity later, Supergirl manages to push aside the rubble in the tunnel mouth and crawls out into the main cavern. Every muscle in her body burns and she feels as weak as a kitten. With her hips and legs still in the wreckage of the tunnel, her belly on the floor of the cavern, Supergirl props herself up on her elbows to look for the Dark Knight. He's sitting about five feet away, looking upward, his back toward her.

With great effort, the Girl of Steel manages to get out of the tunnel and up on hands and knees. She doesn't have the strength to get to her feet. Every part of her body cries out for her to lie down and rest but she needs to see if Batman is in trouble. Something doesn't seem right.

Supergirl gets beside the Caped Crusader and looks at him. She reaches up and turns his head to face her and gasps at the sight. The man's eyes are glazed and a slight drool runs dribbles from his lips.

"Lights pretty. Me like!" he finally says to her.

"His mind is gone!" Supergirl says. "Just like my strength, my powers!"

Britannia's body slowly stops glowing. "At last, I've taken all I can from them. I'd best get over there to finish this," she says. Suddenly her body is again clad in its unique costume and she materializes on the lintel stone at Stonehenge. Her sceptre glows and she glides into the air and heads toward the Isle of Man.

Supergirl settles on her butt beside Batman, her booted legs coiled under her. She reaches over and tries to pry the helmet off Batman but can't get it loose - it fits his head too snugly. She tries to peel it open but fails. Then she turns her attention to her own armor. After several minutes, she reallizes she can't remove her armor, either. She can't even remove the gauntlets or boots - they seem to be bonded to her skin!

Suddenly a cloud seems to form in the cave in front of the two beaten heroes. As the cloud solidifies, Supergirl gasps at the sight of a woman, a brunette, so utterly, impossibly beautiful and sexy that Supergirl's vagina begins to lubricate. The creature wears a diaphanous golden gown that flutters, like her hair, in some unseen breeze. "Who ARE you?" Supergirl asks the ghostly goddess.

"I am the peace faery known to Manxmen as Lhiannan Shee. To the Celts I am the muse of poets and artists and am called Leanán Sidhe," the vision replies. "Why does this man resist me? No man can resist me! No man can do anything but worship and serve me. All MUST fall in love with me, become my slaves, and write poems or draw masterpieces to sing my praises and please me."

"What do you do to women?" Supergirl asks the ravishing beauty. Lhiannan Shee's body floats in front of the Girl of Steel.

"All who have strong emotions can see me, girl," the fairy replies. "But when men gaze upon me, they are inspired to serve me with great works, in my honor and fulfill my every wish. Until I drain them of all of their inspiration. But this man has no inspiration, no spirit, not even a faint spark! How can this be?"

"He's ... he's been injured in battle," Supergirl says, still awed by the vision of loveliness hovering before her eyes. Suddenly she spots a small urn or something behind the wraith, in a small cubbyhole in the wall. With her remaining reserves of strength, she wearily rises to her feet beside Batman and, with a massive effort of will, takes her eyes off the faery and slowly, almost painfully walks past the ghostly apparition toward the niche in the wall.

"Stop, childe, where are you going? Get back here!" the faery imperiously commands the silver-clad heroine. Supergirl looks over her shoulder, then continues walking forward. She can feel the metal on her body getting harder and harder to flex as she walks. If she doesn't finish this soon, she worries, she'll be trapped and immobilized in the ethereal armor.

"Stop IMMEDIATELY, thou wretched creature!"

"Get stuffed, bitch!" Supergirl says, moving slower and with more difficulty.

The wraith materializes in front of the Girl of Steel between her and the Cup of St. Olaf. The faery still looks like a ghost so the Maid of Might just walks through the spirit-creature and, with the last of her strength, bends her arm and grasps the Cup.

"NOOOO ..." the faery screams, fading from sight. Suddenly a hole opens in the ceiling and the stars shine down into the cavern. Batman and Supergirl are frozen in place, the Dark Knight on his butt, drooling like an idiot and the Girl of Steel trapped in her metal armor.

Thirty minutes later, the English Enchantress glides slowly down through the hole into the cavern. She lands beside Supergirl and briefly touches the heroine on her shoulder. Supergirl places the Cup of St. Olaf back in its niche in the wall. As the witch then crosses over to Batman, Supergirl finds the armor moving her weakened body, following Britannia toward the Dark Knight. When they reach him, the Englishwoman presses the man down onto his back and kneels at his side. Her fingers work expertly on the man's costume, opening the 'girdle' around his waist. She then unfastens his tunic using the fasteners in his crotch and pulls up the front of his shirt, baring his groin. She grabs his manhood in one gloved hand and mutters some arcane words. Suddenly Batman has a MASSIVE penis which points toward the cavern roof. She then turns to the Kryptonian and waves her hands over the heroine's crotch, causing the two metal plates to spread apart at her crotch.

"What - what are you doing, Britannia?" a shocked Supergirl asks, still unable to move.

"I have one last spell to work, Supergirl, then I'll explain everything to you," the witch promises. She rises and stands beside Supergirl. Although Supergirl is too weak to move the armor by herself, Britannia easily moves the Girl of Steel until her silver thigh boots straddle Batman's waist.

"NNOOO, Britannia, don't do thissss!" Supergirl cries helplessly. She feels herself being forced to lower down onto Batman's tool, feels the tip of it press against the lips of her womanhood. "Please ... Britannia, stop this!" she pleads.

"Hush, girl, we're almost finished," Britannia says in a soothing voice. She reaches between Supergirl's legs and touches the blonde's nether lips. Suddenly Supergirl's body shudders uncontrollably and her body begins to lubricate. Her juices begin to slide out of her nether lips and down her legs, into the tops of her thigh boots.

Supergirl screams and begs for the witch to stop but Britannia merely puts a hand on the heroine's shoulder and FORCES her downward onto Batman's massive hard-on. Supergirl moans as the huge slab of man-meat penetrates her body, plunging deeper and deeper into her body. Again she shudders as waves of ecstasy spread upward from her groin. "He's too biiiggg" she cries as more and more of the man's tool digs into her body. She finally stops, on her knees, impaled by Batman's manhood.

Britannia moves to stand with her own boots on either side of Batman's head and begins to wave her arms at the pair. Slowly, then with increasing speed, the two heroes begin to rise and fall, facilitating the rape of the heroine. Supergirl cries out in pleasure and pain and tears run down her cheeks at the indignity of this rape by the brain-dead mighty hero. Then she begins to gasp and pant as her body becomes incredibly aroused by Batman's in-and-out action.

Once again Supergirl's armor glows, this time with incredible brightness. Britannia also begins to change. Her body gets younger, more muscled and her height increases to about 5'10". Her breasts swell from their 32C to a full 38C. Energy arcs from the copulating duo to the witch, making HER moan with pleasure.

"OOOHHHHH RRAAOOOO, I'M CUUMMMIIINNGGG!" Supergirl cries out as a massive orgasm rips through her body. Her back arches involuntarily, forcing the armor to bend slightly. "NNNOOO, NOT AGAIN!" she gasps as a second, then a third orgasm occurs in the space of a few heartbeats. Suddenly she feels a hot blast between her legs as Batman cums inside her body. This sensation causes a fourth and fifth orgasm. The mighty releases of Batman's juices complete the destruction of the Maid of Might. With a whimper, her chin drops down on her chest. A second later, her body topples off the Dark Knight and lands on the ground beside him. Her eyes close as she loses consciousness.

"Sleep well, my young friend," Britannia says, waving her hands over the blonde's head. "You will awaken in at dawn with no memory of this tormet to which I've subjected you. I'm so sorry, but if I didn't take your energy with the britannia-metal armor and this final sexual act, as I need to do every 500 years, my life would soon end. I cannot in good conscience let that happen. The world NEEDS me to keep the forces of darkness in check."

"Nnnnhh, whu ... what happened?" a revived Supergirl asks when sunlight, streaming down through the hole in the cavern, finally awakens her. She looks around the cavern and spots Batman sleeping soundly beside her. Stiffly, with every muscle complaining, she slowly rises to her feet. "Batman, wake up!" she says, nudging him with one silver boot tip.

"Ooohh, where are we?" he asks, rising up on one elbow. "What happened?"

"I dunno," she admits to the Caped Crusader. "I remember seeing that faery thing in here - you were sick or something. I recall going over to get the Cup. There's the Cup, back in the wall, but I don't see her. Anyway, there's a hole in the ceiling. Unless you wanna try to go out the way we came in, I suggest we grab the Cup and go, uh, 'up, up and awaaay'!"

Batman agrees and after Supergirl helps him to his feet, he grabs the Cup and she wraps a silver-clad arm around his waist. Slowly the two rise upward, pass through the hole in the ceiling of the cavern, and head back toward England.

"What a strange dream," she thinks as they head toward Stonehenge.
